Bare bones knives

To get some more forging practise as well as just have fun, I started making various types of blade which are forged to their finished size, only ground on the bevels, and then sold as is. Functional, simple, and fairly cheap. This way I get to do just the things that are fun, and avoid the things that aren't.
I'm using only water quench steel for this, so I can quench in the bucket next to my forge.
