Kitchen knives discussion
I think I did this last year some time but I forget. I'm sure you all know I have a "illness" when it comes to kitchen knives. :p
I can't be the only one here that likes glossy edges on all my knives in the house (except for the wifes knives...) . I'm sure some of the KF crowed is here as I bump into them over there all the time :tu
I'm stuck on Japanese knives but work with people that are just as happy with Western knives. While I have a working knowelege of western knives I'm not much up on the steels used and the uses many people use them for. I meen I can go on about what style knives to do all kinds of tasks with japnese knives and a good bit on western, but I always want to know more :p
If you haven't guessed I Love kitchen knives as they can be peices of art that you can use everyday, can't say that about your hunting knives (even if we wish we could :p ). So please post your interests and feeling about kitchen cutlery :D
