that is exactly what you want to get. Those are praised as a bang for the buck knives.

i personally use kyocera ceramic knives and love them.. but when it comes to paring knives.. find one that fits her hand.. a problem i have with paring knives is finding a blade under 3 inches.. seems to me as if every manufacturer is producing these giant paring knives that double as utility knives.. i have this lone parer that floats around in the kitchen and i love it.. it's a wustof i believe...
