XHP dagger
been doing this a little here and there as i finished razors and kitchen knives.
the blade is XHP and is 6.25 long and hollow ground on a 10 inch wheel then hand sanded.
the guard is SS as is the pin the handle is stabilized redwood lace burl and there is a black liner/spacer

Man, that is some clean hand sanded work Butch. I like the guard, and the handles really go well with the satin finish. Excellent job.

Wow is that nice! I have been a knife collector for many years-had to stop (ok, slow down) because of lack of room for display cases and the shock I went into when I did inventory and found out how much I'd spent on them over the years. That would look very nice in my display case with the German daggers I have. Perhaps you should sell it to me for cheap?

What sheath option will you use for this beauty? i could actually easily picture it clipped inside an Executive Lunchbox {that's Australian for "briefcase"} ;)
