Hi and welcome to the SRP.I am a long time str8 user. Some times I fail to prep properly and even one of my best razors tend to pull.Maybe you should try softening your whiskers.I use a soap from the Organic Bath Co. It is called Smooth Shave for men.It is available at The Vitamin Shoppe. This is some good stuff for even the most sensitive skin.It also has beard softening agents. This is just a thought.Dont give up and happy shaving!

Thanked: 13221Welcome aboard...
Not that I mind you sending one up here at all
But if you can make the meet I will teach you how to hone one right there at the table

I would like nothing more than to learn how to hone my own razor but between kids and work, I'm lucky to get out of lewiston. I may have to take a detour on my way up to priest lake one of these days
