Hello, I was looking to purchase a DE razor in an effort to get away from the cartridge racket when I noticed and began researching the straight razor.
A few days worth of free time spent on here and I figured I would join. Thanks to all who have made the terrific beginner instruction threads, they have been very helpful in removing the misconceptions I harbored concerning the art.
I am researching my options, and look to purchase my first real shave set for my birthday in May. I am twenty eight and have never used anything but a cartridge and canned goo.
