I am certainly new to all this but recently had a set of vintage straight razors come into my life and am tempted to learn more about them and use them........

Too bad their not all there but I would se them, and there just happens to be a guy in southeastern Washington who could get them shaving well for you. Pm Cudarunner( Roy ). Tc
The one that is showing is not showing a bunch or wear, so they are in pretty reasonable condition. They look like ivory scales. I am willing to bet that they will clean up ver nice and shave well. You will need a strop and a brush and some soap. It is not rocket science but it does take a little practice to get comfortable with it. TC is correct on a close by place to send them. There are quite a few guys that are not that far away from you.
