I now see, thanks to Google, that it's a state in North East India.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome, we do not have straight razors so have to get them overseas ie USA/UK etc

Hi and welcome aboard. Being remote you will need to learn it all I guess. Though if you start shave ready a finishing stone could keep you shaving indefinitely. Good luck and any questions feel free to ask

Welcome, enjoy your journey onto wet shaving. As other s have said make sure you get a shave ready razor, that will make things much easier at the beginning.
