Thread: A late introduction

I guess I should introduce myself, since I have been lurking so long. And find myself posting as well. I am not necessarily comfortable with the digital world and found Robin's links to lurking research to be supportive, ha!
Living in one of the outskirts of of the western world has shaped my attitude to straight razor shaving. There are no shops for products, shipping is expensive, and as the mails are what they are, shipping razors out is iffy.
But being stubborn is also a virtue. I find a great satisfaction in honing my own razors and comfortable with passing them on. A little determination coupled with high standards goes a long way...
I didn't want to write much, just say hello formally, and at the same time register my heartfelt thanks to all of you on SRP that have a much easier time publicly sharing your thoughts and experiences than I do.
