    Thumbs up 2nd shave

Well, I think we are on to something here. Stroping b-4 and after shaves is going well. Shaved both sides of the face. Went so well, went after the chin area. No nicks or cuts, still a little rzr burn. I used my right hand 4 both sides of my face. Not ready to use my left, Not sure if I ever will. Next shave if all goes well, might even try the neck area. What a great way 2 shave. zero stubble left over, very clean and smooth. I have aquired a truely international aray of str8 razor supplies................I need to buy a good set of honeing supplies.

Welcome aboard! Sounds like everything's going well so far. I, too, use my right hand for both sides of my face. Shaving off hand seems, well, kind of odd. As for your razor burn, that's usually a result of too much pressure.

Your neck shouldn't be too difficult, as long as you have an idea of how your beard grows there.

Don't be in a hurry to hone your razor. If you've only done two shaves, your straight is far from needing a honing. As long as you properly strop before each shave, you'll be just fine.

    Welcome to your new obsession!

    Well done.
I agree, just properly stroping before each shave. It is crucial.
