FWIW --
If the edges on those razors start out sharp, you could maintain them forever on a Naniwa 12K hone. If you don't dent them, or chip them, there's no reason for anything coarser.
I own a Norton 8K, and find that I need CrOxide on a pasted strop after honing on that stone. My technique probably needs improvement; others get better results.

Welcome to SRP. Nice razors. You're definitely in the right place to get the information you need. Make it to that meet if you can; I have yet to meet another straight-shaver or convert any of my friends, and you can't beat one on one learning. Best of luck, and keep a watch on the bank account!
