From Jersey, Found old Razor.

Whats up guys, I was diggin through some old boxes and i came across this old razor. Im having a hard time finding out what it is and who made it.

It says e&co Vienna made in Germany

Did you ever find anymore information about this razor? Are there any markings on the other side? or is that where the "made in germany" is
