Thread: Hello From Salt Lake City, UT

Hey everybody. Just wanted to say Hello and what an outstanding forum this is. I have learned so much from here and look forward to sharpening (pun intended) my straight razor skills. I just had my third str8 shave and I'm slowly feeling somewhat more comfortable holding the straight razor. Although I have had my share of nicks and scrapes (damned spike point), and I know there will be many more to come, I look forward to the challenge and to perfecting the art. I've been taking it slow and have been shaving about every other day just to give my face a break. I never knew shaving could be so exciting and scary all at the same time
