I do and have learned through watching gssixguns videos on You Tube, however, onimaru55 offers a hoing service, I believe.
It's possibly something to look at later on down the track.
I'd say get your technique right first (both shaving and stropping) before adding another variable.

There is an old guy in Frenamtle also who hones for a reasonable price, i haven't sent a blade to him so i don't know what his honing is like. (Six Chairs Fremantle)

There is also Mr Shaver in the city but you need to apply for a mortgage before you go to him @ $80 a hone

So you have three options there, i personal would send my razors to Oz.
