just want to say hello and introduce myself. the names mike from mid Michigan im in the army national guard and pretty much have to shave everyday and getting tired of paying $20+ for a pack of 5 blade razors that go dull after a couple of shaves and leaves razor burns. so one day one of the guys in my unit let me use his straight razor. although it was a cheaper disposable blade i found it to be a wonderful experience, and am now looking forward to get my razor and start shaving like a real man.

I would highly recommend taking coachschaller up on his offer as it will take weeks off your learning curve in just one visit...besides, it's not every day you get to meet someone who enjoys this "sport".
