Thread: Hi from the Central Coast of California!

Hey Folks!

I'm an occasional lurker here on SRP and finally took the time to set up an account and start posting. I'm looking to expand my extremely limited knowledge on Kamisori razors and hopefully take my first steps into honing and restoration/repair.

I'll be posting a thread with an interesting franken-kamisori I recently purchased on ebay

It's great to know that there are actually other people out there who use straight razors (I'm from the Monterey/Santa Cruz area, and I rarely meet anyone who shares my hobby).

Welcome to the forum. My wife and I were fortunate to have lived in Pacific Grove for 15 years until the mid 70's. Sadly, for us, lack of work forced us to move.
