Default Hello from Fort Worth, TX

The title says it all. Nice to meet y'all. I am new to wetshaving and after a couple of boughts of DE RAD I am leaning towards straights. In fact, I said that when I came back to wetshaving I was only going to use a straight as I don't want to rely on buying razor blades the rest of my life. Yet, the stainless steel DE razors sucked me in again.

So...it is your mission, if you choose to accept it, to pull me from the clutches of DE wetshaving and into the folds of straight razor shaving.

Time to do a LOT of readiing....

    Hello Xanduur
Welcome to the forum. Going the straight razor path is certainly a road worth traveling. You wont be disapointed. Dont turn in your DE's though, its a practice you should keep. Many of us use and love both arts. Whats a D.E. blade now and again. It still better then a Mach III right?
    Again welcome.

I really don't have an interest in DEs, other than the way a few of them look, and since I am not a collector. I would rather just use my stubble trimmer than use a cartridge or a DE. Now, I do keep looking at that Cobra Classic.
