Default Homemade accessories. (Stands, racks, displays)

I have made a couple of different stands for my razors and brush. I looked through previous threads and didn't see much about what other people have made. I'd like to start this thread for everyone to show off what unique ways you have come up with to display your shaving supplies.

this is a quick one I threw together at work. I need to buy a dremel so I can clean up the welds. I'll probably use the TIG on the next one.Name: image.jpg

I've posted this in another thread, but I think it fits here as well. Its a shaving kit made from a cigar box. Its holds 2 razors soap/cream, shaving bowl, brush, paddle strop and room for whatever else. Was going to put a mirror on the lid, but didn't get around to it at the time. Great thread.

I haven't made anything, but this is indeed a great thread! All of the amazing work the members do is quite inspiring!

The cigar case is an excellent idea - I was also looking for a humidor to store blades in, before I ended up with an antique display case to restore. There's another excellent tread somewhere around here with people's ideas (largely homemade/adapted) for displays: http://straightrazorpalace.com/misce...ssessions.html

A couple of brush hangers I made from stuff just laying around about to be tossed into the junk pile..............a couple of pieces from an old grill and an old mop/broom hanger.

I just finished this up. It's temporary until I can get or make something better. I just needed a way to hang my brush. The stand will stay in my cabinet and will not come in contact with water, but I gave it plenty coats of Danish Oil for protection.
