Does not seem to be that aggressive to me. Esp as lather is generated.
No more resistance felt than any other bowl..
Ok--another report!
Let mine (a gracious gift from our friend Tom the "if they make it he has it man") sit in a sink full of very hot water and then...
Rubbed my stick of Arko on those sharp grooves, added just a smidge more from the tip of the stick, pressed it into the grooves, floated the bowl again in a sink of hot water while I stropped, got out my smallest brush, a Simpson X2 and went to town, starting very dry, dipping the brush tips in the hot water as I went, and got a full face lather, 2 pass shave out of the little beauty! It fits right in my palm and can be re-floated and re-warmed while working the lather on my face.
Many thanks, Tom!
Cool, Harold. It never crossed my mind to rub a stick in there!
I really enjoy this new technology.
Phoenix Shaving (PAA) has done a great work on this Crown King Shatterproof Travel Scuttle!!
