For traveling I take one of my cheaper razors (a Double Arrow, more often than not), some soap melted into a small sealable tupperware container, a small bottle of bayrum, a cheap boar brush from the drugstore and a small leather "practice" strop. I've learned long ago that things tend to happen to my luggage when I travel, so I never use anything irreplaceable or expensive when on the road.

    Hello, Zargart:

My roll-up wet pack is a replica of that used by WWI British officers. There is variety of such wet packs, in leather and special synthetic products. Mine is from Truefitt & Hill. Straight Razor Designs has it. It fits everything, and it looks good.

    Regards,

    Obie

Flask full of Jameson. Small pipe with some Vanilla Black Cavendish. Shavette with a pack of blades or just a half blade in it if it's a short trip. My Omega brush came with a handy stand and a plastic tube that goes over it for travel. Tide 2 Go. Clean clothes. Camera. Good knife. Cheap lighter. That should cover about everything.

If all I have is carry on for flights I will bring a tube of cream (C.O. Bigelow ), brush, small bottle of AS & Cologne. For a razor I will bring my DE and either mail myself some blades or just find a store and by a pack.. if I can't find any DE blades I will buy a cheap disposable. If I have to check my luggage then I will carry a straight ( normally my 5 dollar crown & sword ) hidden in a sock or underwear as I have had items stolen from my suitcase before and carry the rest in my carry on still so if my luggage is lost I can still shave.

Quite honestly and without as much snark as usual, the LL Bean travel bag is my favorite.

If you're looking for something more "Masculine", you could pick up one of these. I've got one that I use for random stuff throughout the year. Vehicle first aid kit, mini emergency kit, bag o' flask and pipe for football games, the list goes on...

Here's a quick snap of it holding my brush (Omega, not sure the model number but it came with a handy tube), a shave stick from mama bear, my big bottle of pinaud, my shavette, and some lotion.
