Morris and Forndran in Blonde Badger

Thinning my brush herd, so am letting this Morris and Forndran in Blonde Badger (purchased via Brad Sears) go to a new home. I wanted to try a couple of larger knot brushes recently, and they just aren’t my thing.

I used the brush only a couple of times so it’s in nearly new, excellent condition. Before putting the M&F up for sale, I cleaned the brush with Zartgefühl Pinselseife brush-cleaning soap and then washed it with a quality chelating shampoo.

The photo with the rulers is somewhat distorted, but it should put you on the map with the brush’s size.

Here are some specs:

While the brush is sold as a dense 30mm knot, it’s slightly larger (I was getting closer to 31mm on my calipers).

The loft is about 51mm (last measure I had was a little more than 52mm but went conservative).

The “Alibaba” handle is about 2-11/16” long by about 2-3/4” wide at the base.

The overall length is about 4-3/4.”
