This is a brand new still in box Van Der Hagen Badger brush. Still in box with cellophane wrapper. Great starter brush without the high price. Why ruin a high quality expensive brush while learning to build lather. Or use it as a travel brush and not risk losing your expensive brush. Have seen them in Walgreens and Amazon for $19 and on Van Der Hagen web site for $29.
