George Wostenholm Razor for Movember!!
Old George made many a razor. Good ones to fix-up are getting scarce these days!
Here's a wedge with grooves down BOTH sides and all that lovely patina!
Horn scales are straight and sturdy. Some elbow grease?

Some concerns about hone wear on this one. Having it in-hand I recognized it as having had a pile of stropping back in the day which polished the blade.
So I put on a layer of tape, Sharpied it, and swiped it on a 1k about 10 laps.

This beaut deserves a longer trip than just to Scott's!
$75 from north of the border.
It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.
