Got's five priority boxes downsized and disguised. All set to go out in the snail mail to-morrow.
This is the part I hate!
Customs forms will be for gift and valued at 20.

If any want a tracking number or a customs number, let me know tomorrow evening.
Do NOT go hang out by the mailbox...

You might get cold and hungry!

Tom, the last few times I've sent packages out of the county they automatically got an international tracking number. They've worked until the package lands in the country they were sent to. Canadian Post seems to pick up where USPS left off but I have had to go to Royal Post to keep tracking for the UK.

    Just a thought.

I think whether the USPS and Canada Post tracking are on the same page might depend on the days of the week or the moon phase or something like that. Sometimes things are tracked all the way through, sometimes they're tracked until the leave the US, and nothing more is heard until they magically appear. One of the mysteries of life I suppose.

It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.

A couple of months ago I sent a package to Shaun and one to a guy in England on the same day. Tracking disappeared to Shaun but continued to the UK and then I could follow wit Royal Mail. The package to Shaun took about 3 weeks the one to the UK only took a day or two over a week.

    Mysteries of the World indeed.

My mail is much slower than mailing to anywhere else in Canada. We only get mail service from the mainland two days a week. It come all the way from Vancouver to HG by truck no matter what service you select. If I watch the tracking it is almost always 8-10 days from Vancouver.
