Wonder if it’d be taboo to cross reference to the SRP Facebook bunch? Lot of them may be interested in this.
    No idea about protocol here,,,

Mike, one consideration is to program that thing to U.S. dollars.
Last year, I had to make a separate contribution to make up for the exchange.

Wish they would allow that Tom, but there isnt a window to specify currency on the Movember sites settings.
I think if when people pay via PayPal or whatnot they can specify the currency they are paying in.
I hope it all works out that way.

    We are here.

Remember folks, check the conversion. It doesn’t always show US$ as I’m in Canada.
Appreciate all the activities this year and we may even hit our 2k goal!
Next year we should try to end all the auctions on the 29th so the month ends financially clean..
Not a big deal, just my numbers mindset..
    Cheers!

I see the issue. I was looking in the US Movember sight not the CA Movember sight.

I thought Movember sites would be world wide together.

Let's not forget about the exchange difference when paying

If you search teams and use SRP as the search word a few show up globally.
The former US site set up by diesel Dave has Mark C still active.

Personally I feel if the US site still works use it. I just won’t be able to see when and who donates as it’s not ‘my’ SRP team.
It all goes to the same charity, and I or other team leaders do not get anything one way or the other beyond the warm fuzzies for channeling everything to the cause.
Only hassle is in the exchanges, and I always figured it’s a donation so I leave it to the donator to do what they can..

Google shows me us movember. For some reson that will not search world wide. If I look up CA Movember I can see the North America team. I would like to donate there so it is visible to the group.

THEN when I tried there they locked my credit card.

They can't "help" me until tomorrow when they open.

I have had similar issues before and been able to resolve them...

Just to let you guys know what is up and I hopefully will get it taken care of tomorrow.

    This is a good point!

With my credit card issues they said that I had a charge rejected of $158 or so.

That didn't make sense at the time and I was irritated on the phone....

Canadian dollars are 79 cents or so to US dollars so now that makes sense.

I am done talking on the phone today! But I bid in US dollars and will gladly make up any difference that I owe.
