Default Interesting hone on Tradera I missed :(

I missed this one by 20 SEK:

I was at work so had to bid 3/4 hour before the end and was easily outbid. I have never seen a Tradera auction sniper.

I was wondering whether one of you guys know what sort of stone it is. The recommendations on the label by the barber and masterbarber sound promising.

Saw that too and was thinking of bidding but Google revealed a brand of the grey Pyrenees stone called 'L'Idéale'. Don't know if they are the same (the spelling is a bit different and the name is quite generic anyway) but the Pyrenees stone I tried at Ardennes Coticule (they still sell them) was quite coarse. So I decided not to bid. I suppose someone will now post that it's the rarest of rare Thuringians

I did it though. Same with (most) of my other AD's.
Now a hone is just a piece of rock I occasionally use to sharpen my razors.
The only ones I kept are some diamond hones (because I also use them for woodworking) and a few coticules (mainly my first ever coticule, one I inherited from my grandfather, maybe if I look well in my cupboards a few others).
