They are in the oven now. I don't know if I rolled them thin enough???
And they are not very square! LOL
A fair amount of work for the results.
My wife says they are similar to a sugar cookie but crunchier.
they would not fit in a box!
ThermoWorks sent this out and I thought I'd share. I'll see if I can figure out how to transfer the charts to Word so I can save them.

This link is to the lady who I got the German Mustard Recipes from. In the past if I wanted a braided bread I did the three strand thing. Here she shows something a bit different.
I thought that some of you guys who like more fancy looking loaves would enjoy seeing the method.
To just watch the braiding jump in to 7:00 in.
I hope all will enjoy.

I really like the no-knead recipes, but found the use if a dutch oven for baking a tad awkward. Dropping the dough into a preheated cast iron dutch oven was always an adventure.
I recently bought a 3-quart cast iron dutch oven and shallow skillet/cover combination that turns out to be perfect - and no burn marks on my forearms!

Made my first sourdough bread, turned out okay but happy with my first go round. Was not picture worthy haha but maybe next week, big thanks to Boz for giving me some nice sourdough starter
