    Well for once I was on time and everything was ready at 1:00 PM but my guest didn't get here until 1:30 but it was great.

    My sons venison. He is in charge of the recipes!

    Some plain, some with pork loin, some with bacon ends, and an eclectic variety of spices.

    The picture is about 1/10 of what we will do tonight.

    This is hog casings so most of this will be in bratwurst or slightly larger links.
