Did the pieces stick to the grill? They don't look over cooked

I pressure cooked prior to grilling.
I was impatient, and spazzing. If I would have waited for them to brown a bit and release from the grill, everything would have been dandy. They tasted ok, but looked like hell.

ThermoWorks is having a closeout sale on their Thermapen Mk4. Seems something else is going to be introduced next month. I'll bet a dollar to a dog turd that it's got Bluetooth or something in it.

Anyway, these thermometers are top notch and will serve anyone who wants a quick and accurate tool for many years to come.

Pulled the trigger on the red mk4 to go with my smoke thermometer.
Also snagged a couple of their 7” hi temp silicon trivets. Perfect size for under cast iron on the counter.

    To enablers..

Setting up for Father’s Day and a ten person gtg Sunday!
Going to do ribs and wings on the smoker with typical finger food sides.
Weather is looking good and a pool party is in order!
Figure I can get 6 full racks and maybe 4 lbs of wings on there if I’m lucky..
Should feeed 7, as 3 are vegan now,,,,,,,,,,,

A guy I used to hang out with was a pretty good sized boy. I hadn't seen him in years and I ran into his mother. We were talking and I asked how he was and she told me that he'd become a vegetarian. I said REALLY? Damn could he put down the roasts, steaks and burgers!

She said; "Tell me about it! I could have saved a lot of money feeding him veggies instead of those roasts, steaks and burgers"!

I my area the fresh veggies and fruit are crazy money. It’s way more expensive here for that stuff than most places. Fish and deer make up giant parts of most peoples diets.
