well this has a few things i want to talk about. first off anyone out there in tv land growing them. and to add to that is anyone growing indoors. i would love to talk about this. well i also wonder what types you are all growing and what kind of luck you have had. thanks
I don't grow any, but last week I did eat a whole naga jolikia pepper. Ye gods! Hottest thing I've ever eaten!
after reading all of this i have more questions lol. now to figure out how to get them to grow inside.
Today I attended the 20th Annual Bowers Pennsylvania Chile Pepper Fest. For us inferno freaks, this place is a Mecca. I met the guys credited for cultivating the hottest pepper in the world. It is known as the Carolina Reaper. I scored a few along with some peach Bhut Jolokia also known as the Ghost pepper. Here's a couple pics of peppers along with some sauces, mustard, apple smoked habaneros and jelly that I picked up. In my poor belly laying is...smoked crab poppers, Carl's kickin chili, a jalapeņo cheeseburger melt and a choc PB cup with bacon and reaper pepper. Attachment 211838Attachment 211839
A hot old thread revived! Those Carolina Reapers were developed just up the road from me in York, SC. My fishing buddy's Dad is growing them
