Dems good bikkieis sho'enuff mate !!:)
Bela, do the tea pets, the toad and the others, hold any special meaning? Are they for luck? Also, I have thought of something. I'm about two hours away from San Francisco, I would think I might be able to find some nice tea in Chinatown. Problem is, I need to learn quite a bit more before I go. At this point, they could sell me re-packaged Lipton and I wouldn't be any the wiser!! I really like the videos.
Take care, have a great day, don
Ya know, you could always "dress up" your cookies with a healthy slathering of Vegemite!!!
Eating VEGEMITE! An Americans First Taste! Day 303 - YouTube
I could never understand the fear that most Americans have regarding Vegemite. I bought some, opened the jar on the ride home, decided to dip my finger in and give it a taste. It took fifteen minutes to get home. The whole trip, I was looking for a cat. I needed to lick one's butt to get that taste out of my mouth. Tried it again later, on toast with butter, it's not too bad. Straight from the jar, no thanks... I'm sure I eat some things that wouldn't go well with others, but I guess you kinda have to grow up with it.
Later gang, I'm still waiting patiently for my tea set I sent off for, seems like forever, about how long does it take to receive things from China???
Well here comes the dead horse again...But......I love Marmite(brit equivilent) so I reckon Vegemite would be no problem fer me. I can eat it right outta the jar too.......But then I like Scots toast(buttered toast with anchovey paste and scrambled eggs on top and I love me some haggis so what do I know !:deadhorse:
