But back on the subject. I have just found the ideal way to brew iced tea, and it has nothing to do with hot water of any kind. Just cool water, time (about eight hours), decanting (to filter out the leaf) and chilling (if you hadn't already had it chilling for the past eight hours). I have just tried my first batch of black tea (Swan) with honey and lemon/lime juice. Wow! It was nice. I've now put on a second batch using Earl Grey, Mint, Lemon and Lime Juices and Honey all added in. If it is half as good cold as it was hot (I made a seperate cup of the stuff to see what I might end up getting), it should be quite nice. :) No pictures yet, but I will see how I go tomorrow.
