Here you go. This is now the third steep this morning. I can usually get 5-7 with the last one being about 3 minutes or so depending on how thirsty I am at the time.

And that is 4 grams exactly on the scale. It reset right before I snapped the photo. I usually do 1 gram for every 2oz of water.
I love tea(and cofee :D )
Usually i drink tea in the afternoon...and coffee at morning (some time evening)
in this moment i'm drinking a white tea pai mu tan of course without sugar...my preferite
Giving Pu-Erh another try. I can get past the woodsy taste and am getting a hint of sweetness, but I can not describe it at all. I'll give it a few more infusions and see how it progresses.

It's another rainy weekend.
Today I'm having Lapsang Suchong with honey and eating an orange like the Leonard Cohen song.
OK. So far my experiences with Pu-Erh have not been great. I find it tolerable, but I would not drink it regularly much less buy any more. I know there have to be good Pu-Erh's about, but of the 3 I have tried I am not a fan.
I'll stick to my Oolong and other teas.
OOlongs rock ! And they are very good for you too. Best of both the black and green tea worlds.
