So I'm gonna try this . Whole wheat Pita slices with Greek yogurt berries and sugar free strawberry jam. It will not be scones n jam but at least life is not over. Folks had far less choices about 50-60 years ago.

Just found this thread. Been an avid tea drinker for most of my life. Here in the US it's not easy being a tea drinker either finding supply or others who appreciate it as well. Haven't read through the thread yet but I assure you I will.

I quit drinking coffee. Only brewed tea these days.

I get my loose leaf from Uptons.

Recently started drinking normal tea again as opposed to white tea..
One thing that kills me is the effect it has on teeth.. Since giving up black tea a few years ago my teeth brightened considerably .. Just looking at the stains it leaves on the cups set my inner tea alarm bells off...

Been a while since addressing this site so here's where I'm at these days.Hardcore black tea these days. My main go to's are PG Tips,Barry's gold ,or Yorkshire gold with milk, sugar .

I don't use regular sugar anymore because of the DB2 But I found monk fruit sugar which is better in my opinion than sugar. No calories or carbs and it has no aftertaste like most non sugar sweeteners. There's also no difference in taste.

As for tooth color....meah.in these times who am I looking to impress. KEEP CALM AND DRINK TEA.

We like black Orange Pekoe tea in our house and never worried about the staining.
