Some fine stick to your ribs kinda grub gents.
Both that stew, and that bean soup,, perfect fall foods.
Found a small top sirloin roast on sale yesterday so did an oven roast.

A soup and a meal.......Braised broccoli stems and brats with red onions and garlic. The broth was Cajun spice ,water, salt,bay leaf and olive oil. Those stems are a great food secret. So tasty when they're good and tender.

Made a pot of Sausage and Lentil stew....( Jimmy Dean sausage) ....wicked tasty!
