    A sweet onion tart experiment.

    We got grinding horseradish and left it in a few minutes to long.............

    There's one thing for certain and that is that you can't say that the onions didn't caramelize.

    I hope it can be salvaged without too much of the 'well baked' flavor.

    It happens to the best of us.

    It certainly was edible.

    Most of it is gone!

    Finished dinner with German potato salad made with homemade bacon. Mmmmmmmm

    Just finished the ...Guinness Beef Stew...now for a cool down and into the fridge...This is Sunday Dinnah ...with some skillet corn bread.
