Thumbs up Loving the 'hot' aftershaves...

I'm a huge fan extra menthol and high alcohol content aftershaves.
The Ogallala Special Reserve Bay Rum is some magical stuff in my book - the burning & numbing is at times a little shocking...I just wish my wife enjoyed it as much as I do!

Fine Snakebite is tops in my book as well - tons of menthol and a great overall post-shave feeling. This goes over much better when the wife is around as well since there is minimal scent that burns off fairly quickly.

DRH Arlington is yet another favorite. High alcohol, fairly hot, and a great scent - I just wish the scent would linger a bit longer. I may have to purchase the cologne as well...

If you like Menthol - try Osage Rub and Alt-Innsbruck (both make my eyes water) I enjoy the Alt more than Osage, it smells better

As long as the Alt-Innsbruck smells better than the Osage I'm in & will add it to my short list...
    Thanks!

It does, both smell of menthol and a lot of it IMO, but the Osage has more of a powdery smell to me. Alt-Innsbruck smells old school to me whatever that means....

Is this a spin on Bay Rum or just similar in application & feel?

Bay rum spin with a burn. You can get a sample from Maggards

I find the Stirling Bay Rum AS to be uncomfortably warm for a minute or so.
