Armani Code have wonderful reviews. I'm looking for organic balm in the local market, I think its safer and more effective to use.
Nivea Sensitive Cooling with a few extra menthol crystals. I like the thin consistency of Nivea.
I used Nivea for years, but after discovering D.R. Harris' aftershave milk a few years ago - never looked back.
I finish with argan oil and Unscented Balm from The Sudsy Soapery. The combination is more moisturizing and soothing than anything else I've found, and I've experimented with a lot of balms and oils.
Proraso for me
It doesn't have to have a brand name, just the one that works best on your face!
I like to add various EO's to Nivea. My latest is sweet orange oil and menthol. I usually only use balms in the drier winter months.
Moving on from my previous post in this thread I have found Clinique Post Shave Soother to best for my skin of anything I've tried. No fragrance though. Relatively pricey but lasts for ages so works out ok in the end.
I normally don’t use any after shave treatment other than a splash of witch hazel, but in the winter or on really dry days, I apply a little bit of organic shea butter. The only disadvantage is that if you use too much, it feels a bit greasy.
