Does anyone know why Trumper Skin Food was changed. The new version will go three times as fast because it’s so watery. I’ve ysed Coral Skin Food since 1985. This is upsetting.

I sure hope not, though I did notice my last bottle (2016) was pretty watery as well
When the question about a company or product starts with "why did they...",
the answer is always Money
They changed for (really) good reason:
The new ingredients are CAPRYLYL GLYCOL & ETHYLHEXYLGLYCERIN.These replaced METHYLCHLOROISOTHIAZOLINONE METHYLISOTHIAZOLINONE which has been banned from use on cosmetics by the EU.
The new preservatives are much better for your skin in the long way!! Believe me :beer1:
Just went and looked. I have had some for a few years and it has the CAPRYLYL GLYCOL & ETHYLHEXYLGLYCERIN.
Seems watery in the bottle, yet not so much as-applying.
They changed the formulation quite a few years ago and not for the better. Then they changed it again and I guess they changed it again.
They changed THE primary ingredient from Rose water to something less costly and mostly ineffective. I wouldn’t buy the stuff ever again, but thankfully I have a few years left of the old formulation.
Yep. And before that, the primary ingredient used to be Gum Tragacanth No. 1. It's like thebigspendur said: they keep changing it again and again.
