Unscented post shave cream/treatment advice

I am very particular about my cologne scents and mainly stick to a couple of brands that I like. Mostly Tom Ford Oud Wood or Oud Tobacco and Hermes. I do however find that when I moistures after shaving, normally with Nivea (I do like Nivea and use it exclusively as a moisturiser), the scent interferes with my cologne. Tom Ford Oud Tobacco in particular is expensive and I often find that if I am in a bit of a rush I will dispense with moisturising to save the scent which is obviously detrimental to my skin. Are there such things, similar to Nivea, that are unscented, non greasy moisturizing lotions or creams that I could try?

I have recently been dipping heavy into unscented or very low scented soaps and balms. My current favorite is:

It is a bit pricey but man does it feel good and I only use a small...small amount. The scent is an exceedingly mild peppermint. I am very cautious on scent level as it affects me negatively in my work. My general regimen is a shower and scrub for preshave, lather (lately Castle Forbes), AS Kiehls. If I really need an extra boost (in cold weather) I have been doing a dab of Jojoba oil after too. I do think the extra oil would negatively affect the adherence of a scent but I don't use them often (maybe once a week) enough to really say.

Thanks Theoman. Unfortunately not a fan of peppermint. The only unscented post shave balm I have been able to find is from Art of Shaving but I have no experience with it. Castle Forbes soap is one I have to try, I've read good things about it and it's made here so even more of a reason to try it :) I have some Martin de Candre original and fougére waiting for me to try out when I get home but there is always room for more :P Also RobinK from here SRP has sent me info on a soap local to me which is on the list too. The knowledge, experience and advice found in here is amazing!

I personally like a Virgin Organic essential oils like Argon or Rosehip, only a little is needed and does not interfere with a cologne.

Be certain it's no more of a peppermint scent than. A mild tooth paste...more like a good looking lady with fresh breath. If you see it in a shop give it a test you'll be happy. More importantly castle is hard to beat I am shocked how much I like these and Esbjerg is here locally. Apparently Scotland makes better cream and germania better razors

Since I frequently go into places that have a no scent policy, I have avoided using scented aftershaves and balms for quite a while. Happily, I’ve discovered drug store witch hazel as an aftershave and organic shea butter as a kind of balm. No lasting scent and they leave my face feeling really good. Have to watch how much shea butter I use or my face feels like a greased pig. A little goes a long way.

These two items are superb and exactly what I was going to recommend, especially, the unrefined shea butter, which I have been using for the past 20 years or so and I find it the best moisturizer I have ever tried, all be it, it can be a tad greasy, for some individuals, but you can always use a towel to lightly wipe off any excess residual after a few minutes.
