Other than the internet, that is. I have looked at Target, CVS and Rite Aid pharmacy. No go. I read somewhere that it is sometimes found in the skin care aisle, not the shaving aisle, but not at these places.
Thanks

Target does not carry it anymore.
You can try C.O biggelow , which is made by the same company and is almost identical. It can be found @ bath and body works.
Hello, Goog:
I don't think you can find Proraso in stores. Mainaman is right about Bigelow, which is almost the same, if not the same as Proraso, and can be found at Bath & Body Works. I have used it and it is good stuff for the money.
Regards,
Obie
Thanks. I'll give BBW a try.

It's great stuff if you can find it. Ironically Proraso is one of the only readily available shaving products in Canada which are discussed here. Most everything else needs to be ordered online...
Proraso is almost impossible to find at B&M stores.
Hello DeeJay:
I don't recall anyone in these posts saying one can find Proraso at Bath & Body Works.
At Bath & Body Works one can find C.O. Bigelow, which is produced by Proraso. It also could be Proraso in a different packaging.
From my experience, Proraso is available only online.

Obie
The only place - other than online - where I have found Proraso, was in Rome.
C.O bigalo IS Proraso. I've compared them side by side.
Fortunatly I have a shave and tobacco store in my town that carries Prorasso products.

Bed, Bath and Beyond? Bath & Body Works? Something like that. Bed Bath and Beyond at several local places stock the C.O. Bigelow, which states clearly in smaller type that it is from Proraso. The nearest shop only has the less economical 1.7oz travel size for $5, but at a larger mall it is available in one of two BB&B in the 5oz tube for $10. If the store doesn't have them, they do carry that line and it would be good for the local gentry to at least ask them to carry it. I always see them carry other C.O. Bigelow products, like the after-shave skin tonic.
Make your voice as a consumer heard.
This is probably what you're looking for:
Premium Shave Cream with Eucalyptus Oil - C.O. Bigelow - Bath & Body Works
As was stated several times, it is rebranded Proraso.
Gent's...
I found Proraso in Shoppers Drugmart in Ottawa, Toronto, Kitchener and Waterloo.
There seems to be two "flavours"... one is a white container while the other is green/brown. I purchased the latter.
As for price...if memory serves me, it was less than $5.00 for the 150ml (5.2oz) container.

Wow, wish I had seen this post yesterday considering I spent all afternoon runnin round town tryin to find Proraso. There is a thread or sticky in the beginners forum that says it is available at Target. I ended up just grabbin some C.O Bigelow until I place an online order.
Am I to understand that C.O. Bigelow IS a product of the Proraso company? And that it can be found at BBand Beyond? Excellent! I have one close.
I love the Proraso but if the C.O.Bigelow is the same - side by side as one poster said it was - I will buy that after my bottle of Proraso is empty. I really love their fragrance and feeling of the Proraso after my shave. But if C.O.Bigelow gives the same experience - and is made by Proraso - I am sold.
Thank you for the edification! :)
CO Bigelow is the same.
However its pretty hard to find. I found some at a bed bath and bodyworks, but it was the last tube they had. The one by me no longer stocks it.
I've never seen a tube or any shaving cream at Bed bath and Beyond, but who knows maybe you guys have it easier.
For members in the Greater Toronto Area (ON, Canada) I've seen huge stock at Highland Farms Grocery Store...$6.99 for a tube of the cream and $13.49 for the aftershave splash. Great prices.
Bath & Body Works stocks it near me. $5 for the small tube (1.7 oz), or $10 for 3 tubes (5.1 oz total).
DeeJay, seeing as though you are in Los Angeles, Oh! U Beauty in Glendale has Proraso as well as many other great products on the shelf.

greatgoogamooga, Post up your location and maybe someone close will know of a local place.
Hey Wildtim, I live in Michigan as well and have been looking for a place that sells shave products. You don't happen to be in SE MI? If so, what is the name of the shave and tobacco store?
Thanks
I love the stuff and it is available in many of the drugstores here. I really can't tell the difference between it and classic Noxzema skin cleansing cream. In fact I've taken to using a store brand knock off.
It's in Ann arbor. I don't know the name but there is a Tobacco and Shave shop in Nickels arcade downtown. Near Bivoac outdoors off of State street, it's acros the street from the diag.

Third shop on the right, you can see the sign.
EDIT: found the name; Maison Edwards

Their site is down though I hope they didn't go under, I don't frequent the place so I haven't been there in about six months or more.
Found a thread about it on B&B http://badgerandblade.com/vb/showthread.php?t=11924
Our hosts. Don & Lynn maintain a stock of Poraso products. Their prices are competitive and they ship immediately, besides, it just feels right to shop there...

I know you can also find it on the bay...
wildtim,
Is it possible to post smaller pictures? The ?storefront? that you posted would fill about 6 of my screens and as a result any texting on the same page as the large picture now requires about the same amount of scrolling.
If in Canada, it's available at Shopper's Drugmart (of all places!).
If you're close to the border, come over for a tube of proraso and a pint!
Cheers,
Maxi
I bought a bottle of Proraso in a Drugstore 2 minutes from where I live
Wow, that's is quite a page width to fill...
Gilles
And today, I bought some lather in a Rachelle-Berry-IGA close to where I live again. They have the whole series of products.
That's for Canadians of course.
Gilles
co biglow is proasso, it says so on the tube. i went to bath and body works to see what it was all about
I have found Proraso at Bath & Body Works stores and C.O. Bigelow stores in the Chicago area.
True...C. O. Bigelow sells it under their name. You can also purchase it online from at least one of the vendors who advertise here at SRP--perhaps more--or at Best Grooming Tools or Barclay Crocker.
