Hello all,
I'm looking at having a small steamer for towels in the bathroom.(When time doesn't permit a steam shower).
Can anyone recommend a manufacturer/maker? Or other suggestions for that "Uber-shave" fix.
Suggestions please.
Thanks.

you can try a microwave like some guys do here.or just wet a towel with boiling water from a kettle
If your hot tap isn't hot enough the microwave is about the most convenient. Steamers take too much time. Usually in professional use they have the thing running all day to have a ready supply. We don't need that.
I just started using the cold and hot water cooler and using the hot side to get my towls instantly hot.. oh and for hot chocolate ;)
My barber uses a crock pot. I don't know how great that will work for home use but that's the only advice I have.
I saw this one at royal shave.
I thought about it working after you build your lather you can hold it to your face and apply lather instantly afterward like they do in a barber. Between passes you apply again. My tap takes a minute to heat up and isn't always piping hot wastes water / time / and ruins the hot water in the sink. I just can't think of the space to put this thing but it intriguing.
I use hot tap water and let the towel soak while I'm stropping, making lather, etc.
I use a large crockpot. I set it on the lowest setting overnight so it will be ready in the morning. I only do that on weekends though.
Wet the towel, wring out excess water. Place in microwave for about 45 seconds, remove and use.
