you use it as a pre-shave, nice menthol scent and cooling effect on the skin. I have to try and test it more as a pre shave and see how it works for me. I used it after i have shaving as well, and it was nice and refreshing. It is a thick cream so i just use a little bit to cover my face. check out the ingredients....
I also read that this cream is very similar to Proraso pre shave cream, not sure if that is true.
Any of you guys out there using this cream???

eheheh Prep is very famous in Italy.
It's very good not only as pre/post shave( for me better as postshave)
the smell isn't menthol but canphora + a bit menthol.
I use prep as cream for feet ,sunburn,dryskin....an amazing cream.
As postshave for me is better then proraso because it is non-greasy skin

I've used this as well, pre/post shave, it's good stuff. Noxzema has similar ingredients and is cheaper at least here so I started using that instead with similar effect. I also have Prep Shave soap.......same scent Camphor.

Prep/proraso/ 3p etc are all common preshaves in Italy and work similarly. Each one has different ingredients, so which you prefer is generally a matter of personal taste.

I made my own oil using 3 parts castor oil, 1 part olive oil, and several drops of orange essence. Works great. But lately, I've heard that pre-shave oils can be tough on shaving brushes and they tend to dull the senses when it comes to the shave itself. Any thoughts out there?
