You should all be ashamed of yourselves... thanks to your mischievous and antagonistic influences I'm now the owner of BOTH Layrite no. 9 and Captain's Choice Bay rum. They're both great and so far I've been very pleased with them.

Hi:
Would you happen to have a list of on-line vendors that sell the after shaves you have so kindly listed above? Joe
Thanks so much, I will try that.
Boots bay rum in the uk. Cheap and good, as is their own brand aftershave and balm. And they have them on offer all the time. give um a go unless your into over powering cack then dont
I would like to add to the third group, my homemade Bay Rum. It is made from a genuine seven years old Jamaican Rum and it is the only alcohol used in it.
As I love Bay Rum aftershaves, I experimented quite a lot on its making and, so far, this is the batch I like the most.
Long live the Bay Rum!
Just received a bunch of leaves in the mail. Time to start playing with a recipe or two!
Somewhere in between.
Actually not so easy to find them. I finally resorted to the internet. I wound up ordering from Thummim Farms. It turns out they are in Barbados. Paid through paypal and waited then waited some more. Finally, at a month I emailed them about the order. I received an immediate reply that they had been waiting for "fresh, good quality leaves" and they were shipping that day.
The reply was from Kirk Douglas...immediately the antennae went up smelling scam. But in the greater scheme of things the money at risk was low, so I waited and then waited some more. Finally the envelope arrived. The leaves were in a padded mailer, then inside a zip lock bag and I knew what was in the mail box before opening by the scent! Mailing from Barbados to Arizona is in excess of 2 weeks for an envelope...
I am happy with what I received and will see about properly drying these leaves. I think I have a several year supply and that would include giving away AS to lots of people.
Fresh leaves are better if you want to keep the best aroma of Bay. Getting fresh bay leaves in Italy is very hard if not impossible!
Picked this up from Classic shaving. Hoping its a Domnica Bay rum replacement ...
Yes I know it's from Dominica but not thee Dominica..photo is classic shavings pic

The Grand Bay Bay Rum showed up in the mail yesterday. I plan to use it the rest of the week. But so far, It's the closest thing to Dominica Bay Rum I've ran across. This could very well be identical to Dominica. Price to Qty. of product and that great Bay Rum scent, I give it an A+ now if they just had a Bay Rum Lime..........maybe I missed that option, I hope...
I love Bay Rum. I have Superior 70 (& Mentholated) , Pinaud VIBR, Master BR, Captain's Choice BR (& Lime, Co9T, Sandalwood), Avon BR, Bootlegger's BR (& Lime and Perfecto) and Dominica Lime. I missed getting regular Dominica and want to try the Grand Bay.
I'm sure I'll pick some up soon. With the availability of Dominica up in the air, this is the next on my list to get.
Scored two bottles of Dominica Bay Rum Lime - I'm a happy camper, Dominica was my first experience with Bay Rum. I compare all others to it. Grand Bay being a comparable replacement.
Gilbert Henry's Bay Rum is amazing. Smells great and leaves your skin irritation free. Lasts for weeks, only kidding but the smell does last a long time. Been using his products for years.
