TOBS Mr Taylor same as DR Harris Marlborough?

I just had the chance to sample the TOBS Mr Taylor cream and came away with the impression of cedarwood and sandalwood which is what makes up Dr Harris Marlborough. Are these two identical?

there has to be somebody here who has either sampled, or used DR Harris Marlborough and TOBS Mr Taylor.
