Trumper Skin Food
Gentlemen,
I am a devoted fan of Trumper's Coral Skin Food. Have been for a long time. It is fragrant, soothing, and the perfect finish to the shave.
I use it when the shave is completed, and wait until after cleaning up before adding aftershave or cologne. The aftershaves and colognes I use after the Coral are either Spanish Leather (Truefitt & Hill's or Trumper's), Woods of Windsor, or sometimes even English Leather. When using other aftershaves, I usually go with good old Nivea shave balm.
Trumper's Coral Skin Food? Oh, yes, gentlemen — it's like your lady's sweet breath on the cheek.
Regards,
Obie

I love my coral skin food.
I sometimes use it as a pre shave. Especially when I use GFT rose soap or cream.
If you are really on a budget get 'Corn Huskers Lotion'. It's basically the same (very close) only some don't like the scent and it's a bit thicker in consistency. I don't mind it at all. But it works great too. I got mine at CVS.

I vote yes. I don't think there are any comparable products on the market. Great stuff.

Thanked: 16Funny how these old threads get resurrected...
FYI, Skin food is now available in Sandalwood although I'm not sure whether you can find it yet outside the UK. Certainly an improvement on Coral. Not sure I prefer it to limes.

I really like the Lime skin food.

I use the Sandalwood stuff and I love it! I use it instead of aftershave as the glycerin really seems to sooth my skin after the shave.
The bottles last ages as well. The medium sized one lasted me about 9 months of daily shaving.
I would go as far as to say its a must have for any shaver, I really cant recommend it enough.
