Can anyone reccomend a good aftershave for a person with sensative skin? Also take into consideration this will be my first time shaving with a straight :) I do not want to cut any corners :)

For a long time, the only thing I used was Natureade Aloe 80. Now I mix it up with DR Harris A/S Milk, Proraso A/S Balm and Proraso Pre/Post Balm.Quote:

Well, I don't usually mix them, but sometimes I do! If I've got a bit of razor burn, I'll start with the Aloe 80, and then apply a scented a/s balm on top. It's all about the experience!Quote:

That was what I was going to suggest, Rich. I've got a bottle of Thayer's, and it's great stuff. Very light odor, and about as mild as you can get. When my skin's really raw, that or the Trumper's Coral Skin Food is what I use. The Thayer's is way more economical...$12-$15 for a quart bottle vs. $27 for a 3oz. bottle of Trumper's.Quote:
