First Razors

I just brought my first two razors. Just after some information on the makers and how the best way I can restore them. Thanks

The pics are not very good, so its hard to read the tangs, would you be able to type it out, the one without writing on the blade looks like it has a pretty good frown in it, were you planning to do work on these yourself?
Also put your location down a bit more specifically, there are quite a few queenslanders on the site and one may be close.

Is it a Bengall and a Crown & Sword on the tangs?
