Couldn't see a Jenes thread (know there are a few blades out there :)) so here goes:
Sándor Jenes, 9/8, Lohmann SC125, 1/4 hollow, mirror spine/tang/tail, satin hollows, red abalone scales:

Here's my Jenes razor...Dragon Slayer

You guys are getting me pretty excited.
I have a dragon slayer model that he is finishing up right now.
Very much looking forward to it.
Pete <:-}
The Dragon Slayer and Gentleman are very popular, going by the number of photos online, and indeed they're gorgeous. Mine's called Monster but the shave is very tame :)
The fit and finish is flawless and it was fully shave ready out of the box without even stropping, won't be my last....
Sándor's a better photographer than me :):

Thank you Michael! I always envied those who had a topic in the Razor Club section, I am really happy that I have now my own! :)
You definitely deserve your own thread Sandor!
I was lucky enough to have been the (second) owner of the original Dragon Slayer:
It really is a fine blade and I’m sure that Sergej in Russia is now enjoying it very much.
:)
Good to see that you are still making blades.
The Dragon Slayer in my view was fantastic in terms of weight and balance.
I have (by now) had many blades. This one I actually regret having sold.
Enough said.
Oh and while writing this, I’m enjoying a home made naspolya palinka from a good Hungarian friend.

New arrival, Sándor Jenes, symmetrical kami, 6/8, 50mm, Sumingashi steel (White Paper 1 core), G10 scales. Shave ready out of the box, just had a fantastic 1-pass BBS; kept going for three passes, the ATG under the nose was unreal :)!
Oh my! Thats some razor.
Brush aint too shabby neither.
Beautiful razor Michael.
Great to know he has picked up razor making again.

'New Sheffield', 9/8, 1/4 hollow, Löhmann steel, wine-red G10 scales
OH! Looks nice and heavy. Not to mention hollow!
Enjoy :tu
Thanks Tom! It does indeed look hollow from the side, but it must be an optical illusion :):

OH! I see! I suppose I got the heavy part right, anyway?
Well yes, these 9/8 razors aren't featherlight. A 1/4 grind is a minimum here, or you get muscle pain between two passes :)
First shave with my Jenes razor today. Really nice.
FYI the stones are just a backdrop, the razor came perfectly honed by Sandor.
He also included some camellia oil and some chocolate :)

That's beautiful, are the scales natural or synthetic material? Enjoy!
Thanks for the picture Alex, I am glad you like it! 🙂
Absolutely love it.
Scales are G10 material in ivory color.
7/8 traditional grind (asymmetcial) kamisori in Damascus steel (Vladinox Russia). It arrived perfectly honed (Ozuko Kiita Jnat finish) and shaves great (I just have to keep the spiked nose and heel under control :D).
