All I used was use some used up 2k grit with oil, fresh 2k woulda been too much didnt want to scratch it, the original grind marks are still there, sadly the original scales were busted, but on the other hand love the blonde horn scales I crafted. Cleanest wade and butcher ive found to date.
Mine being a hollow grind ive only seen like 1 other in a frameback too, found it double odd
Ive got some punched stacked washers if you want me to send ya some phrank
Back from the Gentleman's Den, is this 9/8, Celebrated, Hollow Ground Razor, For Barbers Use, I received several weeks ago. Here's a picture of the blade from the auction:

Just had coffee with Valery from the Gentleman's Den, where he passed off this razor after the restore. He said, after cleaning it up, it had almost no hone wear, and it appeared to him that it may not have even been honed before. Also, he pointed out that the grind on this razor appears closer to extra hollow, and that it was in superb condition. The monkey tail for the tang is a nice feature.
Wade and Butcher, 9/8, Celebrated, Hollow Ground Razor, For Barbers Use, 3-pin, in black horn. Think I know what my SOTD will be tomorrow.
